Account Director

 

Conversant Media is hiring a driven, passionate, Sydney-based Account Manager/Director to represent our digital brands (The Roar, Lost At E Minor, and Techly), as well as those of the Australian Radio Networks (ARN).

 

The right candidate will:

 

  • Have a good understanding of CM/ARN digital products and market knowledge across mobile, video, audio, data and podcast.
  • Be capable of planning strategies and solutions to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with the content, integration and implementation teams.
  • Work with the digital strategy team to ensure digital assets are competitive in market with product suite.
  • Be passionate about digital media and sales.

Digital Commercial Executive

 

Conversant Media, home of The Roar, Techly and Lost At E Minor, is looking for a driven graduate to support the commercial team and help develop great campaigns for our clients.

 

This is a full-time role and the right person will have an eye for detail, be confident in excel and powerpoint, and have strong time-management and organisation skills.

 

You will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on a daily basis, so polished communication skills are a must.

 

This is a great opportunity to get a ground-up understanding of how an agile, digital publisher works. Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside our editorial and commercial teams to create strong campaign-focused ideas to take to market
  • Creation of powerpoint and excel documents to support the commercial team
  • Attending meetings with commercial team members and handle follow-ups based on conversations had at those meetings

Our internship opportunities will provide you with a variety of experiences across the digital media landscape, including long and short form video content creation, content management systems, and editorial processes. Learn about the day-to-day runnings of a digital media company and become part of the team in our Surry Hills office.

 

The right applicant will have a passion for technology and viral content as well as an understanding of digital trends. A love of sport/art and culture is a must!

 

Our freelancer roles are an opportunity for passionate sport fans to do casual off-site editing work. The Roar and Club Roar are looking for people who know their sport, have knowledge of Premiere Pro, and are keen to get experience in digital media.

 

Both of these roles are perfect for university students looking to get their start in digital media and who have a passion for video.

 

This is an unpaid internship that could evolve into paid work for the right person.
