Digital Project Manager


The Roar, Australia’s leading sports opinion website, is launching an exciting video initiative and we have an opportunity for someone to lead this project. We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Digital Product or Project Manager to take it to the next level.


You will manage a dedicated team of video producers, staff and the product owner to deliver upon robust KPIs over the next eight months.


An interest in sport and video would be a bonus but a proven track record of delivering team-based KPIs to deadline is a must. We look for people who are bright, passionate, and have high ambitions for where they want to take their career.


You’ll be based in Surry Hills, Sydney, where we have a great culture, small-team feel and believe in always being outstanding at what we do.


The Roar is part of Conversant Media, an HT&E business.


Key Tasks:


      • Manage a dedicated team to deliver the final KPIs within the eight month project timeline, and beyond
      • Deliver weekly reporting on the progress of the project
      • Work on the branding and strategy components of the project with other team members
      • Organise awards events

Promotions Executive

You will work alongside our editorial team, liaising with third parties, building awareness and creating engagement with our new product.


The successful candidate will be smart, energetic, well spoken, bright and passionate, and have a keen interest in sport and the digital world. You will pride yourself on your ability to get things done efficiently.


This is a full time casual position that has the potential to evolve into a permanent role for the right candidates (we’re onboarding up to 4 people in this capacity).

Graduate – Digital Commercial Executive


We’re looking for someone ready to dive into a great career and join our Commercial team based in Surry Hills, Sydney.


You will work alongside our commercial team and within all aspects of our online advertising business. You will be detail oriented, bright, and have a strong ability to connect and establish relationships with people.


This role spreads across a variety of areas within our business and is a great way to gain a holistic understanding of what the digital advertising industry is all about.


Your primary function will be to engage with media agencies and work collaboratively with internal departments, such as Design, Editorial and Implementation.


We want smart people so it’s likely you’ll have a degree but it doesn’t have to be one in communications or advertising, just tell us why you want to work in this field!

You must be passionate about digital and, ideally, our sites.

Digital Marketing Intern


The role will require you to work proactively to amplify the world-class content Conversant Media publishes across our websites, The Roar (, Lost At E Minor ( and Techly (


You will work closely with the editorial and implementation team to drive marketing strategies that will have real impacts across the business.


Tasks include:


      • Assist in driving high-performance standards for social media campaigns
      • Tracking and optimising across all social and content amplification platforms
      • Reporting key data that provides deep insights and actionable learnings
      • Liaising with our implementation team to forecast and deliver campaign requirements
      • Driving the use of new social media marketing and amplification tools


This is a paid Intern role best suited to someone currently studying for a related degree in Sydney.
